The menu is a collection of fresh, American favorites like salads and sandwiches and is a popular destination for locals who enjoy brunch or a craft cocktail directly on the water. 
 
For an inland option in Truckee, Moody’s Bistro is an inviting spot to have dinner with friends and family. Their artisan pizzas are a house favorite, topped with gourmet ingredients, like Ibérico ham and pomegranate seeds.

Lake Tahoe is a destination year-round for nature lovers and vacation seekers from all over the country. There are always events and sights to behold for both residents and visitors. Golf lovers flock to the area yearly for the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship to see big names in golf, entertainment, and athletics take to the tees. 
 
Another opportunity to get outside in the summer sun is the Brews, Jazz, and Funk Fest, a combination event highlighting the area’s microbrews as well as musical performers. It’s a great way to enjoy both food and music in a casual, fun setting.
 
In the winter, Tahoe is a prime skiing and winter sports destination. Highly regarded ski resorts offer endless winter fun. To celebrate holiday cheer and the snowy season, people can Ski with Santa. Skiers dress up in Santa costumes and ride the slopes amid the other skiers and demonstrations like sleighs and reindeer. 
 
Yet another sporting attraction in the Tahoe region is boating. The Concours d’Elegance is the perfect event to see gorgeous, world-class wooden boats in this show on the lake. All the proceeds from the event go towards charitable organizations.
