SummaryWelcome to the lower foothills of the Sierras, a region in Northern California that includes cities such as Rocklin, Lincoln, Loomis and Granite Bay. Our region is located approximately 100 miles east of San Francisco and approximately 90 miles west of Lake Tahoe. Napa and Sonoma Valley wineries are an equivalent distance, while national parks such as Yosemite are within a few hours. Our state capital in Sacramento is a short 30-minute drive. Our region is centrally located to our state’s many attractions and convenient for business needs in Sacramento and Silicon Valley. Our communities are filled with families that have professional careers, active lifestyles and a wish to enjoy the fruits of their labor. Most are raising families and care deeply about their child’s education. Some have already raised their families and are seeking their concept of the perfect retirement. All tend to be active in their communities and explore not only what’s within their communities, but attractions such as skiing, hiking, wine tasting and other attractions immediately outside our region. We do believe that our region truly offers something for everyone. |
